If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, and you bought your Sure Petcare product directly from Intervet Inc, Trading as Sure Petcare - either via our website (surepetcare.com) or over the phone - you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as it is not damaged and in a resalable condition. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.

*Please note that the above does not apply to accessories. Accessories need to be unopened in original packaging to qualify for a refund

We reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are defective.

If you wish to return a Sure Petcare product purchased from another sales outlet, please contact the company from which you purchased the item to enquire about returning the item to them directly. We can only accept the return of used items, or items purchased via other sales outlets if they are defective.

If your Sure Petcare product has developed a fault, we will do everything we can to diagnose the problem and supply you with a suitable solution or replacement
