The Competition is void where prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant (“you”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition.

• The promotion begins on Thursday, September 2, 2021 and ends on Thursday, September 30, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
• The offer is to be entered to win an Amazon gift card. Entrants must complete the survey in its entirety and provide noted contact information to be considered eligible. 
• Promotion prize offered: Raffle draw to win an Amazon gift card during promotion period. Up to 2 winners will be selected. Subject to change.
• Winners will be chosen at random no later than 28 days after the competition close. All notification of prizes won will be via email or phone, unless otherwise stated.
• Free prize are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SPC and HA reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Gifts received through the promotion are non-transferable, may not be resold, may not be combined with any other offer and may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• SPC and HA will not be held liable for technical or other errors that may prevent the promotion from proceeding as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
• SPC and HA may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions (in SPC’s nd HA's sole opinion) or who, in SPC’s and HA's sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of SPC.
• SPC and HA have the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
