The Competition is void where prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant (“you”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition.

• The promotion begins on Thursday, March 11, 2021 and ends on Monday, May 31, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
• The offer is to be entered to win a SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect bundle or Animo Activity & Behavior Monitor after completing the US Sure Petcare Cat Wellness survey or the US Veterinarian Feline Hydration Survey. Participants must fill out contact and demographic information at end of survey to be eligible.
• Promotion prize offered: Monthly raffle draw 1x SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder and 1x Animo per month during promotion period.
• Winners will be chosen at random no later than 28 days after the competition close. All notification of prizes won will be via email, unless otherwise stated.
• Free prize are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SPC reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Gifts received through the promotion are non-transferable, may not be resold, may not be combined with any other offer and may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• SPC will not be held liable for technical or other errors that may prevent the promotion from proceeding as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
• SPC may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions (in SPC’s sole opinion) or who, in SPC’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of SPC.
• SPC has the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of the United States, England and Wales.
