The Sure Petcare Pet games Competition (the “Competition”) is sponsored by SureFlap Limited, located at 6-7 The Irwin Centre, Scotland Rd, Dry Drayton, Cambridgeshire, CB23 8AR, United Kingdom (“SPC”).  The Competition is void where prohibited by law.  By entering, each entrant (“you”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).  Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. 

• The Competition begins on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and ends on Monday, September 10, 2020 (the “Competition Period”).
• The Competition will consist of three separate events during the Competition Period, each occurring on a separate week and each with a separate theme. Each week, the Sure Pet Games” tasks applicable to that week will be announced on the Sure Petcare Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/surepetcare (the “Sure Petcare Facebook Page”). Entries must be made by submitting a photograph or video of your pet completing the applicable task directly within the comments section of the Sure Petcare Facebook Page in accordance with any instructions posted on the Sure Petcare Facebook Page.
• The competition is run across all events, one winner will be selected at random in each of the following categories: (a) a first place winner will be selected and will receive a Sure Petcare product of his or her choice; (b) a second place winner will be selected and will receive a voucher for a 50% discount on any Sure Petcare product purchased via SPC’s website (surepetcare.com); and (c) a third place winner will be selected and will receive a voucher for a 25% discount on any Sure Petcare product purchased via SPC’s website (surepetcare.com). Winners will be notified within one day following the conclusion of the Competition Period.
• Winners must claim their prize within 21 days of SPC sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and SPC reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. Vouchers must be redeemed prior to December 31, 2020.  Any vouchers not used prior to December 31, 2020 will expire.
• Prizes received through the Competition are non-transferable, may not be resold, may not be combined with any other offer and may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the Competition.
• SPC accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach SPC by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of SPC and are not returned.
• You retain ownership in intellectual property rights in your photograph and/or video; however, by entering the Competition, you grant SPC (and those authorized by SPC) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, creative derivative works of or otherwise use your photograph and/or video, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion.
• Any photograph or video you submit to the Competition must be your own creative work and not violate any applicable laws.  You will indemnify SPC and its affiliates and representatives against all third-party claims relating to any infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity resulting from your photograph or video submission.
• SPC will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of administering the Competition and running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by SPC for the purposes of the administration of the Competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  Please see https://www.surepetcare.com/en-gb/privacy for SPC’s privacy policy.
• You agree, if you are a winner, to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name, photographs and videos in such publicity.
• You release, waive, and discharge SPC and its affiliates of and from any actions or claims associated with the Competition.
• SPC will not be held liable for technical or other errors that may prevent the Competition from proceeding as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SPC reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• SPC may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions (in SPC’s sole opinion) or who, in SPC’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of SPC.
• SPC has the right to cancel or suspend the Competition or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
